Position OverviewThis person oversees the day-to-day showroom experience while guiding customers through product selection, quoting, scheduling, installation coordination, and project completion.

, ensuring every project is delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and a five-star customer experience.
Welcome customers and guide product selections and design decisions
Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage project details within CRM/POS systems
Coordinate in-home measures, installation timelines, and service expectations
Maintain proactive communication to ensure projects close smoothly and on schedule
Partner with installers and internal teams to confirm pricing, delivery timing, and execution
Manage project flow from quote through completion and final payment
Ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, and communication across all stakeholders
Maintain showroom presentation, sample organization, and merchandising standards
Receive and track inventory, deliveries, and related installation materials
Monitor order status, payments, and project close-out for accuracy and completeness
Support marketing events, local outreach, and customer engagement initiatives
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and warehouse environment
Provide team coverage and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused culture
Experience in flooring, interiors, retail design, home improvement, or similar environment
Strong customer relationship and consultative service skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Detail-oriented with clear communication and problem-solving ability
Positive, team-oriented mindset with pride in delivering exceptional service
