Worksite Operations Project Coordinator About the Role
The Worksite Operations Project Coordinator plays a key role in driving projects to successful completion while ensuring operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. This position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement, implement best practices, and strengthen risk management across Worksite Operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
WhatYou Will Do
- Facilitate and drive multiple projects to completion, ensuring timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met
- Develop, document, and maintain Worksite Operations policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, recommending and implementing best practices
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance directives across the organization
- Track, analyze, and report on service metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for service improvement
- Facilitate quality reviews and ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
- Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management updates to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and foster a strong, cooperative work environment
- An associate’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in project facilitation or project coordination
- Experience in business continuity and/or risk management is preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry trends, compliance standards, and operational best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously with minimal supervision
