Governance, Risk and Engagement Support

In this Governance, Risk and Engagement Support role, you will be responsible for creating and continuously monitoring the HQ GO.gov Risk Register, ensuring that all identified risks are accurately documented and tracked. You will update stakeholder engagement activities related to risk management, keeping all relevant parties informed and involved in the process. Your work will also involve consolidating component responses to the Travel Management Center (TMC) Performance Work Statement (PWS), ensuring that feedback and requirements from various teams are integrated effectively.

Additionally, you will facilitate security risk working sessions, guiding discussions to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats.

To excel in this position, familiarity with integrated security risk management frameworks and project management methodologies will be highly beneficial. Experience with stakeholder engagement tools, risk platforms, and collaborative project tracking systems will support your daily responsibilities. Exposure to processes such as risk assessment workshops, performance work statement analysis, and cross-functional communication strategies will further enhance your effectiveness. A background in coordinating multi-departmental initiatives and leading security-focused meetings will help you navigate the complexities of this role and drive successful outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience;
  Advanced Degree preferred.
• 8-15 years of experience in systems security.

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.

$96,300 - $126k
