Leads product strategy and roadmaps for mainframe hybrid data and integration services, focusing on API enablement and modern consumption of mainframe data and services.

• Own the integration layer that exposes mainframe transactions and data as consumable APIs for digital channels.
• Define and communicate product vision and positioning for the portfolio, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Drive commercialization: pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market planning in partnership with sales, solution architecture, engineering, and marketing.
• Prioritize roadmap based on customer value, strategic alignment, and commercial impact.
• Develop deep customer insights through market research, direct engagement, and analysis of buying behaviors.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams.
• Serve as key point of contact for sales and solution architects regarding hybrid data and integration solutions.

• 7+ years in product management or strategy roles for enterprise software and technology services.
• 7+ years working with or at a managed service provider.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration, API platforms, data services, or related domains.
• Knowledge of mainframe ecosystem and role of critical business data.
• Strong ability to transform technical requirements into simple, actionable terms and commercialize offerings.
• Excellent prioritization and execution skills in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment.

• Program Management experience in business or technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and service management.

Pay range: $112,000 to $163,000 annually. Additional compensation includes annual bonus and equity grant based on performance.
