The Project Manager will ensure the contract meets or exceeds performance standards while providing a quality work environment for all employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure standards and performance requirements are met in accordance with contractual and customer quality guidelines, in addition to OSHA/agency safety policy and procedures.
- Effectively recruit, hire, develop, supervise, schedule and evaluate personnel.
- Maintain required disabled hours according to Ability One contract standards.
- Prepare supply inventory accounts and order supplies within budget guidelines.
- Schedule and implement periodic projects when necessary.
- Lead snow removal processes and onsite supervision of snow removal processes when necessary.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all government personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Act as Goodwill’s primary contact to the government and inform appropriate personnel of irregularities and possible problems at the building site.
- Assist with the bidding process and contract renewal process.
- Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position.
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well‑being of employees, customers, and participants.
- Provide information for initial evaluations, quarterly check‑ins, and annual reviews to help support employees’ personal and professional growth.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Five (5) years supervisory experience required.
- Three (3) years of Custodial Management preferred.
- Government contracting services experience preferred.
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Must maintain valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
- Must be able to operate and instruct in use of cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a good driving record that meets our Insurance Company’s Guidelines.
