Management Trainee (Leadership Development Program) Launch Your Leadership Career

Are you a recent college graduate ready to build a career in leadership? Our Management Trainee Program is a structured, fast-track development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future management roles within our organization.

This immersive program, lasting up to two years
, provides hands‑on experience across multiple business functions, mentorship from experienced leaders, and exposure to real‑world operational challenges. Candidates must be open to relocation and travel throughout the program to gain experience across various locations and business operations.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program across departments including:
  • Operations
  • Safety
  • Driver Recruiting
  • Pricing & Analytics
  • Maintenance/Shop
  • Off-Site Operations
  • Learn the day-to-day operations of a growing transportation and logistics organization.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop leadership skills through coaching, team support, workforce planning, and problem‑solving.
  • Assist department managers and provide operational support as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and leaders across the organization.
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program.
  • Travel and relocate as needed to support training, development, and business operations.
