Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for assigned clients, from signed agreement through program launch. This role coordinates client communication, data collection, system setup, documentation, training, and cross-functional activities to ensure a smooth and successful transition. The Onboarding Specialist will proactively manage timelines, identify and resolve implementation barriers, ensure all launch requirements are met, and facilitate a seamless handoff to the Account Management team.
This role will also contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, playbooks, and training materials as the program grows.
Pay Range for this role is - $52,000
EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience- Two to four years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating multiple clients, projects, or work streams simultaneously.
- Experience leading client meetings, training sessions, or process walkthroughs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Experience in financial services, education technology, SaaS implementation, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience using project tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, , or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex processes to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- Experience in financial services, edtech, or SaaS implementation preferred
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, , or similar)
