Overview
Linda's Preschool & After School Program is seeking qualified candidates for their Cook position. Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications- Experience cooking for groups (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to follow menus and food safety rules
- Dependable and organized
- Enjoys working in a child-centered environment
- Must pass required background checks
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
- Following CACFP or center menu guidelines
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
- Washing dished and kitchen equipment
- Following food safety and allergy procedures
- Working with staff to meet children's dietary needs
- Family-friendly work hours
- Supportive team environment
- Rewarding work making a difference in children's lives
- Training provided
