Total Compensation: Beyond the Base Salary

- Precision Estimating:
Prepare detailed estimates for residential and commercial projects. - Multi-State Impact:
Contribute to projects across our 10-state service area. - Field Exploration:
Perform periodic site inspections. While primarily office-based, this role includes the potential for travel to support our projects across different regions. - Collaborative Planning:
Work with project managers and clients to define scopes and establish timelines.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven construction estimating experience. - Versatility:
Comfortable estimating for residential projects, commercial builds, and multi-family repairs. - Travel-Ready:
Willingness to travel periodically for site inspections across our multi-state territory. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with estimating software and CRM systems. - Licensing:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Relevant education or certifications in construction management or estimating is advantageous.
