Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a forward-thinking commercial general contractor in Lincoln, NE to help them hire a Superintendent. This GC has built a strong reputation by delivering high-quality K-12, community, multi-family, and other commercial projects throughout Nebraska.
They started in 2020 as a 2-person company with their first project being a $300 door replacement and have grown organically to 22 employees with $55M in revenue, a backlog of $62M, and a goal to be doing $100M+ by 2031. They’re split about 50/50 on ground up vs renovations with most of their projects being between $7M-$20M. The first project you’ll be on is a $20M ground up K-12 school in Lincoln.
They’re looking for a Superintendent who takes pride in leading from the front - someone who understands what it means to build. This team believes in growing intentionally and they’re looking to hire the right person who aligns with their vision. They need a field leader who wants to help grow the business — not just fill a role. If you’re someone who values taking ownership on a project, enjoy working for a high performing team, and being part of a company with no red tape/corporate ladder to climb, this could be a long-term home for you.
