Serving the greater Nebraska area and parts of Iowa, Colorado, Missouri and Kansas, the company also specializes in high-strength, pre‑stressed hollow core slabs and various types of insulated wall panels.

Job Summary Concrete Industries, Inc. is looking for a Structural Concrete Project Manager to supervise and coordinate the successful execution of precast structural and architectural concrete projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Abide by the Company Safety Program and Policies while performing assignments safely.
  • Oversee the coordination of precast structural and architectural concrete projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Review contractual obligations during bidding and ensure conformance throughout the duration of each project.
  • Coordinate with in‑house and subcontracted engineers and detailers during bidding, contracts, production, and deliveries; familiarise with subcontract provisions, durations, and logistics.
  • Work with general contractors to provide excellent customer service by attending necessary pre‑construction and progress construction meetings on current projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for field personnel and resolve any jobsite‑related issues or conflicts that may arise during projects.
  • Enforce the quality standards of the Concrete Industries Quality Systems and the PCI MNL‑116 and MNL‑117.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders; maintain project schedules, delivery schedules, and material requirements in conjunction with Engineering.
  • Coordinate with the Dispatcher to schedule the delivery of precast and prestress products to jobsites, and make small site deliveries as required.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate field records throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations for the duration of projects erected under Concrete Industries’ scope.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field; and
  • Three years of Project Management experience in structural concrete or a similar industry; or
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Other Qualifications
  • Previous knowledge of construction materials.
  • Understanding of the technical and business aspects required to calculate products and respond to customer requests.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines.
