Construction Project Sales Manager – Omaha, NE (Remote)

As a Construction Project Sales Manager, you will be part of the Commercial team in the Omaha, NE market, working remotely. Your primary responsibility is to champion SBD engagement on the largest construction projects in North America, driving sales through the entire construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from pre‑construction planning through project closeout.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors; understand their needs and advocate SBD’s solutions.
  • Promote and implement SBD’s value‑added products and services, customizing solutions to maximize project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and problem resolution at all construction phases.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for assigned projects, aligning SBD resources to project milestones and customer requirements.
  • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value, streamline procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on SBD’s impact and project metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
  • Proven construction project management experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal team members to resolve issues for end users.
  • Experience planning and executing meetings and events of varying sizes and scopes.
  • Thorough knowledge of managing and executing a regional budget within forecast and allocation limits.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and smartphone use.
  • Travel: 60% of the time.
