• A good overall background and exposure in three or more of the following trades:

  • Metal Panel
  • Trims
  • Insulation
  • Carpentry
  • Dry wall
  • Painting

• Performs tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites.

• Operates a variety of hand and power tools in addition to lifts, telehandler, skid steer

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions

• Must be able to push, pull, carry heavy objects and perform other tasks as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

• Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

• Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance

• Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather
