Aerotek in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for long-term, year-round work with weekly pay. This contract-to-hire role requires operating dozers, excavators, backhoes and other equipment to support large commercial construction projects in Omaha and surrounding areas.
You will help with earthwork, grading and site preparation, follow safety guidelines, perform pre- and post‑shift equipment inspections, and coordinate with site teams.
