Traveling Construction Crew – Up to $1600 per week
Full-Time | 50% Travel | Construction & Heavy Equipment
Hotel is paid by the company PLUS $50 a day for Per-Diem
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a traveling geothermal construction crew. This is a hands-on position working outdoors on geothermal and underground construction projects. If you have construction experience, enjoy working outside, and don't mind traveling, this is a great opportunity to learn a specialized trade and grow with a long-term company.
What You'll Be Doing- Assist with geothermal installation and construction projects
- Perform underground and excavation work
- Assist with trenching, digging, back filling, and site preparation
- Operate or assist with excavators, skid steers, loaders, backhoes, and other construction equipment
- Install underground piping and geothermal loop systems
- Assist with concrete and general construction work as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around job sites
- Use hand and power tools
- Work alongside equipment operators and other crew members
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Travel to project locations and stay overnight when required
- At least 1 year of construction, excavation, underground utility, or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Comfortable with overnight stays when traveling
- Ability to perform physical construction work throughout the day
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
- Underground utility, plumbing, piping, excavation, or geothermal experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Must be able to work overtime when projects require it
