Construction Superintendent for Department of Defense projects in Lincoln, NE
We are a growing general contractor that specializes in working on DOD projects for the Army, Navy and other government agencies. We are currently hiring for a Construction Superintendent/QC person to join our team in Lincoln, NE. This is a permanent position with benefits.
Responsibilities of Construction Superintendent:
- Manage foreman, journeyman and laborers on one or multiple projects
- Meet and exceed all quality control and safety requirements
- Ensure materials and manpower are in the right place at the right time
- Make sure projects are completed on-time and under budget
Requirements of Construction Superintendent:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Project experience on projects valued at 5 million or less
