Position Overview

We are actively hiring Client Relations Travel Consultants to provide personalized travel planning and ongoing client support. In this fully remote role, you will build strong client relationships while coordinating and managing customized travel experiences, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.

No prior travel industry experience needed. Training and onboarding provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through professional communication with clients

  • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, and budgets

  • Research and book domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Design customized itineraries tailored to client needs

  • Manage reservations, confirmations, changes, and cancellations

  • Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel

  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

  • Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier partnerships, and destination updates

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Must be 18+ years old
