Proceed Finance Customer Care Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail‑oriented Customer Care Specialist to support Proceed Finance loan servicing and customer engagement. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional service across multiple communication channels while assisting customers with financing solutions and account-related needs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure appropriate follow‑up.
• Perform loan servicing activities, including account maintenance, transactions, and adjustments.
• Assist with Auto Pay enrollment, online banking, bill pay, and account updates.
• Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and resources.
• Address customer concerns professionally; escalated complex issues as needed.
• Explain account activity, transaction history, and product details.
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties, as assigned.
