As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our subscribers and contributing to the continued strength and growth of the local news and information.

• Successfully handling customer calls and emails, resolving billing and service issues, audience growth, audience retention, and various administrative duties.
• Working with the circulation/subscription department.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, time management skills, and active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
• This is an in‑office position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

• High School Diploma required.
