Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative
If you excel at connecting with people, using strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and creating positive customer experiences, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our subscribers and contributing to the continued strength and growth of the local news and information.
Position Responsibilities- Successfully handling customer calls and emails, resolving billing and service issues, audience growth, audience retention, and various administrative duties.
- Working with the circulation/subscription department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, time management skills, and active listening skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- This is an in‑office position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
- High School Diploma required.
