Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first impression and final goodbye for guests, delivering a professional, seamless experience from drop‑off to retrieval.
Primary Responsibilities- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to key handling and safety procedures.
- Perform vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
- Maintain compliance with attendance, timekeeping, and tip reporting requirements.
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage traffic flow, handle challenging situations with professionalism, and resolve problems promptly to ensure high‑quality service.
- adhere to company policies, arrive on time, and present in uniform and grooming standards.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop‑off and retrieval.
- Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and support company operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support guest needs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills.
The role requires stamina to stand, walk, and lift vehicles and interacts with both indoor and outdoor parking environments, including exposure to moving vehicles and the elements.
Benefits & Compensation- Competitive hourly rate with potential for $13.00–$20.00+ per hour (after tips).
