Repair Coordinator

Securitas Technology is seeking a Part-Time Repair Coordinator to support our electronic security and life safety service operations. You will coordinate incoming repair requests, schedule field technicians, track parts and RMA activity, and ensure timely resolution of service tickets. Working closely with customers, service teams, and monitoring centers, you'll maintain accurate records, update systems, and provide status updates. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge security technologies, opportunities for process improvement, and collaboration within a global, safety-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log repair requests in service systems
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location
• Track parts orders, RMAs, and inventory status
• Communicate repair status updates to customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service, asset, and repair records
• Coordinate with vendors and monitoring centers as needed
• Identify and escalate urgent or high-risk service issues
• Support process improvements to enhance service efficiency
