Long-term temporary, with temp-to-hire potential We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who can provide professional customer support, explain information clearly, and confidently de-escalate challenging interactions.

The selected candidate must reside in the Lincoln, Nebraska area and be available to commute to the worksite as needed.
All training weeks will be completed on campus. After training, the position will follow a hybrid schedule based on business needs.

• Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or other assigned channels.
• Explain policies, procedures, and available options clearly and accurately.
• Use effective de-escalation techniques when assisting upset or frustrated customers.
• Document customer interactions and update information with a high level of accuracy.
• Review details carefully and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Manage daily responsibilities independently after training is completed.
• Organize and structure your own workday while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect customer information.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when appropriate.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly describe and demonstrate de-escalation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities after training.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must reside in or near Lincoln, NE, with the ability to commute on required in-office days.
• Must be available to attend all training weeks on campus.
