** Key Responsibilities
*** Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH, and wire requests.
* Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and maintain accurate customer records.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and online banking support.
* Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
* Promote bank products and services, maintain compliance, and support branch operations as needed.## Qualifications
** Qualifications and Experience
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* Cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
