Dental Hygienist

Role Overview

The Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, serving as a clinical provider and patient advocate within a supportive team environment. They deliver preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, utilize digital and diagnostic tools, and maintain thorough medical and dental records.

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including screenings, cleanings, and patient education.
• Utilize dental technology such as digital x-rays, scanners, and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical history and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care tailored to community needs.

• Current dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with digital systems and diagnostic tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical skills, and a desire for continuous learning.

• Ability to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting or standing.
• Availability for training sessions and ability to work in a safe environment.
• TB test required prior to employment (excluding certain states).
