Role:
Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality patient care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support patient education. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional lifetime dental care, utilizing mentorship and educational programs to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications & Skills:Current dental hygienist license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, medical history documentation. Experience with digital x-rays, digital scanners, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic records is preferred. Strong communication, desire to learn, and clinical growth mindset.
Key Duties:Support the practice with clinical excellence, maintain infection control standards, perform preventive care, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Physical ability to perform duties, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend ongoing training. Compliance with health and safety requirements, including TB testing where applicable.
