We are 10 Design, (part of Egis’ Architecture Line), a dynamic and innovative architecture and master planning practice. With over 400 architects and designers strategically located across three regional headquarters in London, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, as well as six additional studios in key global markets. We are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented Director, Interior Design to join our studio in Hong Kong
. If you have an impressive design portfolio and are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design-led environment we would love to hear from you.

Ideal candidates must have:

• Degree or Master in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized university;
• Min. 10 years of post-qualification experience in interior design or equivalent;
• Solid experience in conceptual design and space planning in large-scale retail interior projects;
• Experiences in overseeing full large project cycles from Concept to Detailing;
• Well-versed knowledge of design materials that align with design concepts and client needs;
• Strong design sensibility and technical ability to run a project from concept to completion;
• Strong design flair and the ability to present concept ideas to clients;
• Strong people management skills with proven experience in directing a team and delivering quality design whilst working to tight deadlines;
• An inspirational leader who has a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility;
• Self-motivated, Independent and excellent presentation and communication skill;
• Sound knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and Enscape;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
