Hematology/Oncology Partnership in Lincoln, Nebraska
$650K+ | Up to 65 Days Off as Partner | $50K Sign-On | 20+ Clinical Trials
A physician-owned hematology/oncology group in Lincoln, Nebraska is adding a partner. This is a true private practice with equal-vote governance, a defined 12 to 24 month partnership track, and long-term earning potential that includes both practice and real estate ownership. If you want to build something that actually belongs to you, the infrastructure here is already in place.
Practice Details
Independent, physician-owned group with equal-vote governance and a partnership track of 12 to 24 months
Active research program with 20-plus clinical trials and CRO collaboration, with opportunities to serve as PI or Sub-I
Dedicated APPs, nursing staff, infusion center, and in-house lab and pharmacy
Average daily volume of 16 to 20 patients, leaving room for the kind of care private practice is supposed to allow
Schedule
Four-day clinic week, Monday through Thursday, with rotating Fridays
Manageable 1:4 phone-only call rotation with robust hospitalist support for inpatient care
Up to 65 days off annually as a partner
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $650,000+ with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation support
$20,000 guaranteed annual bonus in years one and two
Six weeks PTO, 401(k) with profit sharing, and ownership potential in both practice and real estate
$4,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits
Candidate Requirements
Fellowship-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Comfortable providing both outpatient and inpatient oncology care
Interest in private practice ownership and long-term partnership
Collaborative approach to patient care and practice governance
Live and Work in Lincoln, Nebraska
