Are you passionate about empowering first‑generation and low‑income students to reach their full potential? Join our team as a Education Specialist and be a driving force in shaping brighter futures for youth in the Lancaster area.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work independently within LPS target schools to teach and lead educational programming offering personalized support to help students navigate academics, explore careers, and build financial literacy.
