Job DescriptionYankee Hill is seeking a Behavior Interventionist starting March 26, 2026.
Behavior Interventionist provides assistance to the staff in addressing and maintaining appropriate student behavior. The person may also assist in other areas of instruction, recreation, classroom organization, and general supervision of students. All activities are performed under the direction and supervision of the building administrator. The position is a 7.5 hour position and follows a 183-day calendar. This person would need to complete Handle With Care training (provided).
Yankee Hill is an alternative program within LPS for students who need the most structured and intensive programming to support their behavior and emotional regulation. Candidates should possess the desire to work not only in supporting students towards meeting credit requirements, but also meeting the whole child needs. Our team is small, collaborative and strive to meet individual needs within a structured building system of expectations.
Hourly pay rate: $22.75
183 Calendar
