Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a candidate with a commitment to excellence in education to teach German 1, 2, 3, and 4. The candidate will establish a strong classroom environment that supports highly engaging instruction and collaborate with multiple team members.
A strong candidate will have exceptional instructional and classroom management skills, effective communication, robust academic/curriculum knowledge, and the ability to use assessment to drive instruction. They will provide quality feedback to all learners and demonstrate a desire to teach in a culturally rich school environment.
The candidate should be able to create strong relationships with all students, serve the community in all aspects, be a lifelong learner in the art and science of teaching, and act as a reflective educator who applies cultural proficiency practices with students, staff, and families.
This position is subject to veterans preference.
