Lead School-Age Teacher

We are seeking a lead school-age teacher who is energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with elementary-age children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on activities, field trips, and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for school-age students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and enrichment programs
• Supervising children before and after school, on no-school days, and during summer programs
• Safely transporting children on field trips and school pick-ups/drop-offs using a 15-passenger van
• Maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Following all state licensing, safety, and center policies

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 20 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
• Experience working with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
