Job Description
Behavior Intervention
Mickle Middle School is hiring a full time Behavior Intervention position. Applicants should be caring, patient, flexible, and willing to engage students in order to build positive relationships. By observation and direct supervision, Behavior Intervention technicians will establish a safe and secure educational environment within the middle school campus.
Basic computer skills are also required as well as some walking of the building to supervise and escort students. Good skills in the following areas: oral/written communication, interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, initiative. MTSS-B training to assist students with processing. Supervise students in the in‑school suspension classroom, process and problem‑solve with students, and hold students accountable regarding school rules and policies.

- Commitment to building relationships with students
Shift
- Hourly Pay Rate: $22.67
- Schedule:
M‑F, 7:15am‑3:15pm
