Job DescriptionElementary or Secondary Art Teacher (K-12) for the school year. Full-time, 1.0 FTE. This role requires a certified teacher with a commitment to excellence in education.
The teacher will establish a strong classroom environment that supports highly engaging instruction, work collaboratively with multiple team members, and use assessment to drive instruction and provide quality feedback to all learners. The teacher will create strong relationships with all students, communicate effectively, and serve the community in all aspects.
Desired qualifications include exceptional instructional and classroom management skills, strong academic and curriculum knowledge, a reflective teaching practice, and an understanding of cultural proficiency applied with students, staff, and families.
This position is subject to veterans preference and requires a Certificated Professional Agreement.
Job Requirements- Valid teacher certification in Nebraska.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
