Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping infants develop essential skills in a nurturing environment? Stepping Stones Child Academy in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher Assistant to join our team of experienced educators.
Responsibilities- Supporting the lead Infant teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
- Assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment for infants
- Engaging with infants through play, music, and sensory activities
- Providing individualized care and attention to each child
- Collaborating with the Infant teacher to assess developmental milestones
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to the growth and well-being of our infants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
Qualifications- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
