Campus Supervisor - Lincoln NortheastSupervise students during entry, passing periods, lunch, dismissal, and school activities. Campus Supervisors help set the tone and culture in a school building as it relates to expectations, behavior, and discipline.
Required Skills- Care about and enjoy working with young adults.
- Build relationships with students, establish appropriate boundaries, de-escalate tense situations, remain calm, and work as a team.
- Interpret and enforce school rules and regulations for high school aged students.
- Experience in conflict resolution, restorative practices, middle/high school setting, or managing teenagers.
- Provide structured supervision of student movement and activities.
- Respond to teacher requests for support with student issues.
- Communicate with students, their teachers, and administrators regarding disciplinary matters.
- Work with students in areas of reflection, decision-making, and restorative practices.
- Be a calming authority presence in situations that may be deemed stressful.
Salary: $18.74 per hour
Schedule:
7:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
