Job Title

Animator for after-school and certain school holiday periods (according to the annualization scheme)

Supervise and support children aged 3 to 11 years. Participate in the development and implementation of youth projects in the CCVDS territory. Welcome and animate educational activities with the group of children. Participate in the supervision, support, and development of children during midday, evening, and possibly during certain school holidays according to schedules. Take care of children (check-in, movement, accompaniment) and supervise animations and outings.

Develop animation projects within the educational project, knowing how to develop them in a cooperative approach. Build animation sessions and materials. Coordinate animation times according to reception times. Inventory the materials and supplies necessary for an activity. Ensure their good use, maintenance, and storage. Ensure the care and hygiene of children. Communicate information to the hierarchy. Participate in meetings (teams, management, others).

Ensure continuity or evolution of missions according to service needs.

Skills:

Knowledge of the public and its specificities, especially for individual support projects. Build, propose, and mobilize a group of children on activity projects using animation techniques. Respect the abilities, expression, and creativity of the child. Identify children in difficulty and report the situation to the responsible person. Ensure activities while respecting diversity. Sensitize children to balanced and curious eating. Know and apply ACM regulations and measures related to child protection.

Know how to work in a team and transversally; know how to report any malfunction; master supervision in transport. Know-how:
Have a sense of listening. Have an appropriate presentation and language. Show discretion and apply one's duty of confidentiality. Be benevolent with both children and adults.

Qualifications:

BAFA or CAP AEPE or equivalent would be a plus. Experience in animation. Computer skills desired. Driver's license B and vehicle desired. Specifics of the position:
Mobility clause. Use of personal vehicle for school outings. Variable split hours according to service obligations. Annualization of working time, smoothing of working time.
