As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help the Lead Teacher develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
