Lincoln Square Loving Care Montessori is seeking a passionate, experienced Primary Montessori Lead Teacher to join our growing team! We are a Montessori school committed to providing an authentic, child-centered environment where independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning flourish.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an authentic Montessori Primary classroom following AMS or AMI principles.
  • Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized Montessori environment.
  • Present individualized lessons and guide each child's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Foster a calm, respectful classroom with strong classroom management.
  • Collaborate with families and colleagues to support each child's success.
  • Supervise and mentor classroom assistants while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Qualifications
  • AMS or AMI ECE Montessori Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Lead Teacher experience in a Montessori classroom.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong classroom leadership and communication skills.
  • CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, and Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs is a plus.
