We’re hiring an Entrepreneurship Program Manager & Instructor at ECHO Collective!
We're looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of a program. The person in this role will lead The Refinery, ECHO Collective’s entrepreneurship program for New American women. You’ll teach and facilitate our entrepreneurship curriculum, coach women as they build and grow their businesses, coordinate community experts, track participant progress, and help us continue strengthening a program we’ve spent years building.
We’re especially interested in someone who sees a problem and starts thinking about how to solve it.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Love teaching adults and helping people understand complicated ideas
- Have experience with entrepreneurship, small business, workforce development, adult education, or a related field
- Are comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of your work
- Can hold someone accountable while still being an encouraging and trusted coach
- Adapt quickly when a lesson, plan, or approach isn’t working
- Enjoy improving systems rather than simply maintaining them
- Can manage the less exciting parts of program ownership too: documentation, follow-up, scheduling, tracking, and preparation
- Want to become deeply invested in the success of the women you serve
This is a role for someone who wants to run something, improve it, and make it their own within a collaborative organization.
We’re excited to have you help build this impact!
$25/hr ($52k/yr) with unlimited PTO, paid sick leave, employer-matched Roth retirement, and flexible summer scheduling.
