Supervise students during entry, passing periods, lunch, dismissal, and school activities. Campus Supervisors help set the tone and culture in a school building as it relates to expectations, behavior, and discipline.

Required Skills:

• Applicants must care about and enjoy working with young adults.
• Applicants must be able to build relationships with students, establish appropriate boundaries,de-escalate tense situations, remain calm in work on a team.
• Applicants must have the ability to interpret and enforce school rules and regulations for high school aged students.

Desirable Skills/

Experience:

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas: conflict resolution, restorative practices, middle/high school setting, or managing teenagers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide structured supervision of student movement and activities.
• Respond to teacher requests for support with student issues.
• Communicate with students, their teachers, and their administrators regarding disciplinary matters.
• Work with students in the areas of reflection, decision-making, and restorative practices.
• Be a calming authority presence in situations that may be deemed stressful.
