How You'll Make an Impact

What You Bring

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

* A recognized engineering apprenticeship or relevant Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety.

* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

* Previous experience in the energy or aerospace industries is advantageous but not essential.
