Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Lean Process Engineer in our Lincoln, NE location.
Are you energized by analyzing data, digging into processes, and working with diverse teams to deliver results? We are seeking a dedicated Lean Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a successful transformation for Engineer to Order (ETO) plants, specifically within SPS Readiness Actions, as they transition from legacy systems to the latest version of SAP.
You will work closely with plants, project teams, and other resources to ensure readiness actions are completed before the new ERP implementation/upgrade.
- Promote change and continuous improvement by supporting SPS readiness in data quality, material flow, warehouse layouts, and planning processes.
- Collaborate closely with plant teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable steps.
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process or project challenges to enable smooth implementation.
- Experience in continuous improvement and change management
- Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus
