- Handles administrative works of the project.
- Maintains logs and folders of all project related documents.
- Manage Daily reports
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for the projects.
- Manage projects vehicles (Recording vehicle documents, Fine details and GRN)
- Arrangement of Materials and Equipments
- Xpedeon Works (Project LPO)
- Handling Petty cash
- Handles the outgoing and incoming letters from or to the client and Subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Must be a UAE National with Family book
