Job Details:
Our esteemed organization is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Supply Chain Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will play a vital role in optimizing our operations, ensuring efficient product distribution and minimizing operational costs. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Supply Chain Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborating closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and procurement, to ensure a seamless flow of goods in the supply chain.
3. Using advanced analytical methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in the supply chain and proposing innovative solutions.
4. Implementing and maintaining supply chain management systems and technologies to enhance visibility and control over the supply chain processes.
5. Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, monitor performance, and generate accurate forecasts.
6. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance supply chain performance.
7. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Supply Chain Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a license engineer!
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and project management.
4. Proficiency in supply chain management software and technologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
6. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
7. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in supply chain management.
