Site Design Project Manager

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager for their team in Lincoln! Responsibilities include managing financial success of projects through the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis, managing complex contract negotiations, leading the execution of project plans, assembling and managing project teams, coordinating availability of internal resources, assigning individual responsibilities, ensuring deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performance, managing change requests, executing risk management techniques, implementing strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project, coordinating detailed reviews of technical work, building and maintaining client relationships, documenting all project deliverables and maintaining comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files, and mentoring/training junior staff.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture, 6+ years of experience in site design and development, Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect, project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
