Agent Concierge

Your Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable, detail-focused Agent Concierge to assist our agents and enhance the client experience by efficiently managing essential behind-the-scenes operations.
In this position, you will be responsible for executing field tasks that ensure smooth transaction progress—such as installing and removing signs, placing riders, coordinating necessary hard signatures, and maintaining a strong market presence for listings.
This task-driven, autonomous role is ideal for a proactive individual who takes initiative, acts swiftly, and prides themselves on completing tasks accurately the first time.

• Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln
• Assist with in-person client needs (e.g., coordinating hard signatures when required)
• Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field
• Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed)
• Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation
• Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays

• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time independently
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable being on the go and navigating the Lincoln area efficiently
• Takes ownership and communicates clearly
• Service-minded with a team-first attitude
