Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager‑ Institutional Retirement to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re growing, and so is our Institutional Retirement Finance team. As our remit expands, we’re looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys improving how things work, supporting change, and helping deliver high‑quality financial reporting. What

You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving enhancements to financial processes and tools across the Institutional Retirement Finance team
  • Developing a strong understanding of business performance to support consistent and accurate reporting
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day financial accounting processes, including controls, reconciliations and reviews
  • Monitoring accounting inputs and coordinating accounting deliverables across the division and Group
  • Supporting accounting assessments for new or amended products, reinsurance transactions and asset classes
  • Designing and improving processes linked to new business developments and transformation activities
  • Collaborating with teams across Finance to ensure high‑quality, timely reporting outputs
  • Contributing to fair customer outcomes by supporting robust reporting processes and controls
Qualifications Who We’re Looking For:
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Strong fundamental accounting knowledge, including IFRS reporting
  • Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting or audit
  • The ability to analyse data, maintain strong internal controls and ensure accuracy
  • Experience contributing to change, transformation or process improvement
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
