Senior Auditor - Lincoln

Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on financial reporting accuracy while expanding into financial analysis and business insights.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
• Review financial results and perform variance analysis against budgets and prior periods
• Support preparation of internal financial reporting packages for leadership
• Work closely with accounting during month-end and quarter-end close
• Analyze operational results to identify financial trends and performance drivers
• Support internal financial reviews and documentation processes
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to understand business activity
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions

Qualifications

This position is well suited for professionals with backgrounds in public accounting audit or financial reporting.

Typical qualifications include:

• 3-5+ years of experience in public accounting audit or corporate accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance partners
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
