Conversion Analyst
The Conversion Analyst is pivotal in facilitating data conversions for our clients on Fiserv core systems, specifically Signature, Cleartouch, or Precision, with growth opportunities for Core Advance. This role provides a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills, while consistently challenging you with every project, contributing directly to the client relationship and overall success. You’ll enjoy the dynamic nature and travel opportunities within the US that this position offers.
What you will do:- Facilitate data conversions for clients on Fiserv core banking platforms.
- Translate data mapping for CIF, deposits, or loan conversions using the Fiserv mapping utility.
- Develop program specifications for the conversion software development team.
- Advise clients on the optimal conversion strategy, balancing risk and data integrity.
- Support clients with data verification, testing, and post conversion processes.
- Incorporate regulatory requirements for CIF, deposits, or loans into conversion requirements.
- 3+ years of financial banking experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SQL query creation.
- 3+ years of experience in utilizing MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
- 4-year college degree in a relevant field or 2-year degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Conversion Analyst processes, especially on a Fiserv core.
- Experience with Deposit Operations, Data Conversions.
- Experience with Signature, Precision or Cleartouch.
- Experience in banking back office, dealing specifically with loans or deposits.
- Familiarity with navigating mainframe operating systems or programs.
