We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Credit Analyst who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys turning financial data into meaningful insights.

• Analyze and interpret financial statements to support credit decisions
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and assign risk ratings
• Conduct annual credit reviews for loans, including evaluating collateral, ratios, and trends
• Perform collateral inspections for construction and floor plan
• Coordinate real estate appraisals, internal evaluations, and environmental prescreens
• Ensure loan requests comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate data entry and financial spreads

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Support internal and external customer inquiries
• Assist with monthly reporting
• Provide input and support for system and program enhancements
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of credit analysis experience within a financial institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial spreading tools
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel locally for inspections
